"It was important from the beginning that we felt comfortable and confident with the level of expertise, understanding, professionalism and friendliness of the builder we chose when building our first home. Patrick and his team addressed all of these criteria for us, and more! Our questions were always answered promptly and any changes, additions or omissions throughout the build were discussed and executed where possible. We made numerous changes before and during the building process, and these were handled quickly and communicated articulately by Patrick. If there was ever a misunderstanding (usually on our behalf!), Patrick addressed and solved all of our concerns, providing advice and guidance during the whole building process. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail in every stage of the build, and Patrick and his tradesmen are to be congratulated for this. The build was executed very well, considering the slope of our land and the complexity of the house design. To his credit, Patrick continues to provide assistance with after building support and service. We are so happy with not only our decision in choosing Rocklea Builders, but also with the final product that we are now proud to call our home.
